Exploring Punta Gorda

Only spent one night in Venice, then headed for Punta Gorda on Saturday. Settling into the Laishley Municipal Marina. We had to change our plans because of a fishing tournament, the marina we had planned to stay in was full. Took my first Uber ride to the grocery store. That worked well! The driver was from Amsterdam, and had an Albin, just like our first Tranquilo. It was a seamless experience. We will be here until Tuesday.
Scenery on the way.

Love these Osprey nests.

Mangroves everywhere, this is a bird I haven't seen before.
Sharks teeth were for sale at a flea market. One that was 7 inches tall, 5 inches wide, he wanted $800 for it.

Exploring the area with the dinghy.

Everyone is so friendly, and Patrick is being a good sport
about being the only young person!

Still traveling with Bob and Barbara, we're splitting up at the next stop.
Boy, are we going to miss them!

There are some gorgeous boats in this marina.

Patrick took this, I think it's so funny.
Looks like these two are ready to go fishing!
